Welcome to Mobe, a product of Vokamancy, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use Mobe and related services, including our desktop application, APIs, and websites (collectively, the “Service”).
By using Mobe, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information
When you create an account or sign in through a social provider (Auth0, Google, X, Twitch, or Discord), we may collect:
- Name, username, and email address
- Linked account identifiers (e.g., OAuth tokens or provider IDs)
- Authentication details managed securely by Auth0
1.2 Audio and Content Data
- Mobe captures your microphone audio locally and streams it to our servers for transcription and analysis.
- We process audio using automated speech recognition (ASR) and large language models (LLMs) to generate transcripts, insights, or responses.
- We may store audio data, transcripts, and associated metadata for quality improvement, debugging, or feature development.
1.3 Technical Information
We automatically collect:
- IP address, device type, and operating system
- App version and diagnostic data (crash logs, performance metrics)
- Usage data, such as interactions with Mobe’s features
1.4 Payment Information
If you subscribe to Mobe, your payment information is handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Operate and improve the Service
- Deliver personalized and responsive experiences
- Support AI model improvement and system performance
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Communicate with you about updates, promotions, and support
- Ensure security, detect misuse, and address technical issues
We may also analyze usage data to improve system accuracy and user experience.
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with trusted third parties who help us operate the Service, such as:
- Auth0: Authentication and account management
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure and data storage
- Stripe: Payment processing
- LLM Vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar): Processing of transcript data to generate Mobe’s responses
We require all service providers to handle your information responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
We do not sell your personal information.

You can:

- Request account deletion by contacting support@moonbeam.stream
- Opt out of marketing communications
Please note that deleting your account may not immediately erase all data due to technical constraints, legal obligations, security measures, and backup systems.
5. Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide and improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, and maintain system integrity. Audio and transcript data may be retained for quality assurance and feature improvement, unless deletion is requested.
6. Security
We use encryption, authentication, and other security controls to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
All subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; no partial refunds are issued.
- Promotional codes and free trials may grant limited-time access as specified in their terms.
8. Children’s Privacy
Mobe is not intended for individuals under 13 (or under the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
