Subscriptions

Thinking about getting started with Mobe? We’re excited to have you here. Here’s how the subscription process works from start to finish.

After you create your account in the app, you’ll be taken to a screen where you can set up your subscription. When you click the Get Started button, a secure payment page hosted by Stripe will open. You’ll enter your payment information there to activate your subscription.

Pro tip: we'd recommend using an email that you regularly use. If you need help with your subscription, we'll need the email address you used.

You’ll need to complete this step before you can use Mobe. If your account is eligible for a free trial, you’ll still be asked to provide valid payment details. This allows your access to continue seamlessly once the trial ends without any interruption or surprise downtime.

Once your subscription is active, it will renew automatically every month. If you’re coming off a free trial, your first charge happens right after the trial ends, and then approximately every 30 days from that point forward.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the Settings page in the app. Clicking Manage Subscription will open a Stripe page where you can change your payment method, view past invoices, cancel your subscription, or resume it if you’ve previously canceled. If you do cancel, you’ll still have access to Mobe until the end of your current billing period. We don’t offer prorated refunds, but you’re welcome to keep using the app until that period ends.
